150 Chicks and their Coop!

After two months of planning, constructions and preparations our new chicken coop has been inaugurated by 150 one day old chicks.

Sarah Berberich, a German long term volunteer, raised all the money needed for constructing the coop and providing food and medicine for the chickens. She wants the coop to be the first selfsustaining project of the school, financing itself by selling the chickens' eggs, providing the students with eggs and giving the school a small income.
